dchandbag.com holds the authority to decline return requests for items sent beyond a specific timeframe or in a condition that differs from their original shipped state. Should you need to return multiple items—even those from separate orders—you may package them together in a single box. A key requirement: all return forms must be included; without these, refunds cannot be processed accurately.
Only original products in their unopened packaging and free from damage will be accepted for return by dchandbag.com.
Once we receive your return in satisfactory condition, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method you used for your order. Any membership coupons and points will be reactivated and linked to the email address you provided. Please note that credit card refunds are always subject to the policies of the credit card issuer, and returns or refunds may occasionally take longer than the standard timeframe.
